Because we always emphasize understanding, users are able to leverage job-specific knowledge and competency when they return to work. | CATIA V5 Basic Course | | CATIA V5 Basic provides you knowledge in high-end CAD modeling including the architecture of CATIA interface, 3D solid modeling, 3D surface modeling, assemblies of parts and drafting. | Training modules include: o Sketcher o Part Design o Wireframe & Surface o Generative Shape Design o Drafting
Pre-requisite: Basic knowledge on Windows-based CAD and/or mechanical design will be an added advantage. | CATIA V5 Specialized Course | CATIA V5 Specialized course provides you further knowledge on specific CATIA V5 modules. Participants may select any module from the following:
o Analysis Introduction to Finite Element & GPS Analysis, Pre-processing, Computation, Frequency Analysis & Introduction to GAS. | | o Shape Design & Styling Learn to optimize and develop previously create surfaces, create new product shapes whilst improving their style, to import and position pictures into CATIA V5, create style surfaces, analyze their quality and modify them. | o Reverse Engineering Learn how to work with scan data then prepare the data for rapid prototyping and create surface of solid from scan data.
o Mechanical Advanced Other mechanical modules available for instance: Core & cavity, Mold & Toolong, Functional Molded Part, Generative Sheet Metal, etc.
| |
o Knowledgeware Embed knowledge within design and leverage it to reduce errors, build up and share of knowledge stored in rule bases. (Pre-requisite: CATIA Knowledgeware Fundamental)
o Machining Learn to create Manufacturing program, simulate it and generate output.
o Digital Mock Up Introduction to CATIA V5 Digital Mock Up, Visualize through components, validate designs all along the product life cycle by ensuring a better understanding of the problems for quick solving | o Human Modeling Learn how to use Human Model technology in order to leverage your ergonomics analysis. Also will learn how to position and manipulate the manikin within a V5 scene. Evaluate the comfort, the reach clearance and the vision of your target population. | | o Equipment & Systems Introduction to Equipment and System domain, the creation of electrical parts in the library, the routing of wires in a system, and also the flattening of 3D electrical harnesses for documentation (Pre-requisite : CATIA Basic) |
