MAWEA Industries  is a member of IME GROUP of companies, a 30 years old company being one of the leading PLM solution providers in the country. MAWEA Industries was established since 1995 as a service provider in CNC rebuilt and repairer and later exploring in to reverse engineering and model rebuilding.

1998, MAWEA Industries  signed up as IBM Business Partner promoting the leading Dassault Systemes CAD/CAM/ CAE solution: "CATIA" to the Malaysian automobile and manufacturing industries. In the subsequent years, MAWEA Industries  brought in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM solutions i..e. DELMIA for digital manufacturing and Smarteam for Product Data Management.

Realizing the important of new generation of higher skill human capital for Malaysia to achieve its vision 2020, MAWEA Industries  has continuously updating and maintaining, growing its training facilities.  In 2004, MAWEA Industries  has become the FIRST Education Partner of Dassault Systemes in providing comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) courses to the manufacturing and education industries and also a VUE certified center to provide Dassault Systemes PLM certificate program in the country.

MAWEA Industries established a professional team focus on providing PLM solutions and consultancy, training and certification to our Automotive, Aerospace Industries as well as most institution of higher learning in the country. Knowing the important of quality control in Automotive and Aerospace components production, MAWEA Industries has taken its effort to offer scanning and inspection solutions to ensure manufacturing meet the specifications. This allows early detection of possible dimensional error arising from manufacturing process. Today , MAWEA Industries  has initiated to explore the need Dassault Systemes and know how in multi-axis machining in the parts and components machining related to all industries.

Last but not least, MAWEA Industries has put its first step on Rapid Product development, involving rapid prototyping technology and leading the way to rapid manufacturing. MAWEA Industries  has set to become complete one stop Dassault Systemes solution and consultancy provider in the region.
